About me

Hey, I'm Aarav. I'm a 15 year old developer who loves creating things with code.

I have always been curious about how things work. Whether it is software, computers, games, aircraft, or space, I enjoy understanding the little details behind the things around me.

How it started

My interest in computers started when I was around 5 years old. My uncle introduced me to computers and showed me the basics of Linux and how computers worked. I was fascinated by the fact that a machine could be controlled, customized, and used to create almost anything.

A few years later, when I was 9, I started programming with Scratch. What started as making simple animations and small projects slowly became something much bigger. I spent a lot of time experimenting, learning, and trying to create things that were actually fun to use.

From games to software

After Scratch started feeling limiting, I started exploring game development. I got into Roblox Studio and began learning how games were made, from designing environments to writing scripts and creating complete experiences.

Game development taught me a lot about creativity, patience, and problem solving. It showed me that programming was not just about writing code, but about turning ideas into something other people can interact with.

Later, I started exploring programming outside of games. I learned Python, started sharing my work on GitHub, and moved into web development. Since then, I have enjoyed building websites, experimenting with new technologies, and creating projects that solve problems or simply exist because I wanted to make them.

What I build

I enjoy building things across different areas. Most of my projects are around web development, game development, and experiments where I get to learn something new.

I like researching before starting projects, understanding how things work, and then putting my own ideas into them. The process of learning something and then creating something with it is probably my favourite part of programming.

Outside of coding

Programming is a huge part of my life, but I have plenty of other interests too.

I am a huge aviation and astrophysics nerd. I can spend hours reading about aircraft, space, and everything happening beyond our planet. I also enjoy reading books, especially science fiction and fiction.

When I am not coding, I am usually solving cubes, improving my typing speed, or falling into random rabbit holes about technology, science, and how things work.

I build things because I genuinely enjoy it. Learning something new is exciting, but taking that knowledge and creating something of my own is even better.
